Help for the Holidays

Grief Support: Help for the Holidays - led by David Gibson

Holidays can be a hard time for those of us that have experienced loss and are experiencing grief. It's difficult to navigate and seldom do we feel like we can say anything to others. But you shouldn't have to do it alone. "Help for the Holidays" is a special one-week class/group meeting Wednesday Night, November 19th.

It is designed to help those of us needing guidance with ways to find healing and strategies for coping with grief through these hard seasons.
